Booking terms
Effective: 26 October 2026. These are starter terms that must be completed and approved by the business operator before accepting real deposits.
1. Enquiries and availability
Submitting a trip request does not create a confirmed reservation. Proposed dates, itineraries, accommodation and transport are subject to availability. TK Safaris must confirm the complete itinerary and quote before a booking can proceed.
2. Price and inclusions
Prices are quoted individually. Your written quote should identify the group size, destinations, trip dates, travel arrangements, accommodation, meals, park and conservancy charges, guide services, taxes and what is not included. Do not assume any expense is included unless clearly stated in your quote.
3. Deposits
Only pay a deposit after the business has given you an agreed amount and verified M-Pesa Buy Goods Till details. Match the business name shown in M-Pesa with the name supplied to you. Submitting a transaction code does not itself prove payment or confirm availability. The business must verify payment and send direct confirmation.
4. Changes and cancellation
The operator must publish a clear cancellation, refund and rescheduling schedule before taking payments. Until those terms have been formally agreed in writing, customers should not be asked to send a non-refundable deposit. Refund decisions must follow the written agreement and applicable law.
5. Travel conditions
Wildlife encounters, weather, roads, park access and other conditions may change. Any proposed material change to a paid itinerary should be discussed with the customer and handled under the final booking agreement and applicable law.
6. Customer support
Please contact TK Safaris using the verified details on the homepage for questions, corrections or payment concerns. Keep your booking reference and M-Pesa receipt.
Before launch: insert the registered business identity, operating contact, complete payment/refund policy, responsibility clauses, and relevant tour-operator licensing information after legal review. Never claim a registration, licence, guarantee or accreditation that the operator has not verified.
